Each year the Grand National Roadster Show honors an automotive business that consistently excels in the construction of unique well crafted automobiles as the “Builder of the Year”. The Builder of the Year award started in 1987 with Joe Bailon being the first recipient. Followed by Boyd Coddington, Gene Winfield, Roy Brizio and many many others. To be considered the Builder of the Year you need to consistently contribute to the quality and content of the Grand National Roadster Show.
